Job Description

Requirements:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Human Resource qualification
  • Must be Computer Literate
  • Knowledge of all Relevant Labour Laws
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the Hospitality industry would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all HR and Payroll Functions
  • Human Resource administration and filing
  • Induction and Orientation of all employees
  • Completing Monthly reports
  • Attending and keeping of minutes as well as all relevant documentation for all staff forum meeting
  • Ensuring Compliance to all Health and Safety Codes and Practices
  • Assisting will all recruitment and interview processes

 

Applicant must reside in Limpopo or surrounding area.
