- Grade 12/ Matric
- Relevant Honours Degree
- CA (SA) Qualification
- 7 years’ experience in Retail/FMCG environment in a senior Financial Management role
- Experience in all aspects of managing a full financial and admin department
- Exposure to the operational aspects of a business
- Strong Leadership skills
- Overall Responsibility for all aspects of the admin/ finance department
- Completion of monthly and annual financial statements
- Supplying all required reports
- Ensure effective credit management
- Adhering to al statutory requirements
- Regular and ongoing analysis of business results and provision of proactive managerial interventions
- Ensure effective implementation of financial controls
- Asset and resource management and optimization
- Compliance with all legal requirements
