Job Description

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 Certificate
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Great Organisational Skills
  • Fluent in English and Xhosa
  • Ability to multitask
  • Computer Literate
  • Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport

Duties:

  • Track customer sales and Frequency
  • Maintain customer records
  • Create Proformas and Commercial Invoices
  • Write up Orders
  • Assist with Filing
  • Answer Telephone calls and liaise with customers
  • Book Transport and accommodation for trips
  • Source resources and conduct research

Applicants must reside in FISH HOEK or surrounding area.
