  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • 7 – 10 years’ management experience in Retail
  • 5 – 7 years’ experience managing an external team of Sales Representatives
  • Business entrepreneurial Skills and experience
  • Sales management experience
  • Product Knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Ability to motivate staff
  • Computer Literate


  • Lead and manage staff
  • Managing customer service
  • Managing communication in the workplace
  • Maintaining stock control
  • Managing sales performance levels again branch budget
  • Managing all financial and operational aspects of the branch
  • Manage health, safety and security aspects of the branch
  • Manage merchandise and store presentation
